The position of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, but it feels like it's losing its charm with neglect. The room I stayed in was decently decorated and spacious, but there were maintenance issues that left me feeling a bit uneasy. While the staff was friendly, the overall attention to detail was sorely lacking. It's a shame because this place has so much potential, but it could use a serious overhaul to get back to being a great place to stay.
